Our oven went out a couple weeks ago and we've hardly noticed it. The stove top still works great so we aren't very inconvenienced and I have an air fryer for a lot of things I normally put in the oven anyway.
Could you do without having an oven?
BTW, I ordered a new range yesterday and it will be delivered in 2 weeks. I can't wait to make some homemade banana bread and pizza but that's about it.

I use my oven a lot, so I would be lost without it, LOL. OTOH, for a temporary period, I could adapt, but definitely not permanently.

I need an oven. Some things are just better. Air fryers aren’t the same. Or maybe I’m just stubborn and old school.

I can along without an oven but I absolutely love baking. Roasted veggies is one of my favorites. As long as I have a working stove top, crock pot, and instapot I think I'd be ok in the kitchen. A working oven is always a great thing to have as an option though!
