While I'm not vegan, I do eat some meat, the meat I eat is ALWAYS organic so it is hard to find items on road trips. We pack our own food. We have a cooler with ice packs but also a plug-in cooler for the vehicle. Definitely plan ahead. Plus it's cheaper & less stressful than trying to find places that sell food you can eat. @shaliza
