As much as I like the sun & the heat, when it’s too hot, I don’t work out in it. I do it in the morning or later in the day. So I’d pick extreme cold. For the simple fact I can bundle up a lot more.

Extreme cold. It’s much easier to combat cold than heat.You can layer up, build a shelter, build a fire, get active; all of which will make you warmer, but there is little short of advanced technology to cool yourself down.

Not a fan of either, but hypothermia is easier to deal with than heat stroke, so I'll pick the cold.
