From what I read, gray is used in America more while grey is used in the UK. I honestly prefer to spell it grey. Just looks better to me lol

I use both, but I do like grey better. Gray sounds blah while grey is more classy

Grey for me as well since I'm from the United Kingdom. Gray just looks weird to me lol so I could never use it.
It's always interesting to see the spelling difference for certain words especially color vs colour

Does it really matter? I'd argue grey and gray are both perfectly acceptive ways of spelling it.
