naturesplus.com/blogs/healthy-living/health-hacks-for-gamers "Like to spend your time winning the West in Red Dead Redemption 2 or battling it out in Call of Duty? That's great...but you may have noticed that your hands are starting to cramp and your back is starting to ache. Excessive game time can lead to repetitive strain injuries and other health problems. “Sitting for hours on end without a break links to dehydration, inflammation and increased spinal breakdown due to the hunched posture while sitting,” says Wayne Caparas, author of BioLogic Revelation (Westbow).†The information provided is not an endorsement of any product, and is intended for educational purposes only. In my early times, I used to game for hours, sometimes I used to game until 3-4 in the morning but these days I know when to stop. I hardly play for more than two hours in one session. I play PC game and I sit on a chair while gaming keeping my back stretched.

When I was young to play games on PC was healthier, but when my boy plays on android went in un healthy and still he is so keen in playing Pubg. I am not getting how to rid from Pubg game for these young boys who are losing education and parents teach.
Playing few hours a week is good than playing hours in a day, but these kids are not listening to us.

I can confirm that some heavy usage (along with PC mouse use in a bad way) can damage a person's wrist and lead to carpal tunnel. I have a very light case that flares up every few months or if I game too hard. I just got to be real careful and wear a brace if it gets too rough.

I don't game for long periods of time anymore so this isn't a huge problem for me, thankfully. Especially with the bigger controllers now, it's important to take regular breaks from gaming.

How about endurance? my back and my eyes always hurt after 2-3 hours play game That can be hard as well. Taking rests definitely helps. I do that even being on the computer. I have a timer I set often to make sure I get up, walk around, stretch, rest my eyes.

I feel like gaming just falls under standard office desk work standards of breaks are the best. Stand up, do a few movements stretches or excerices and then go from there. I personally find tea to be my best friend while gaming for long periods. Drink tons of water/tea and you will not only avoid unhealthy drinks and snacks, but the pee breaks are a nice way to factor in motion breaks without scheduling yourself.

Health and gaming are two ends. Too much gaming is certainly bad, no matter which age group you are in.
