www.deliciousliving.com/green-living/your-guide-to-an-eco-friendly-kitchen"Looking to become more eco-friendly? The kitchen is a fantastic place to start! After all, we spend so much time choosing, preparing, and eating meals. Consider taking a bit of time to do a quick inventory (spring cleaning, anyone?) and create a sustainable plan going forward. Here’s how to go eco-friendly and low waste in the kitchen...." My notes: My advice, don't overthink it. Just cut down & swap as you go.

I think there is a big push to become eco friendly and the kitchen is definitely the place to start that. Particularly with recycling but you can also try to shop for food loosely and bring your own containers. That’s really important.

I live in a city, I use electrical appliances more than natural gas. Our electricity is mainly hydroelectricity, which is green energy. In my home town, I use biogas (gas from organic waste)
