www.naturalnews.com/2020-09-04-how-mint-makes-your-mouth-feel-cool.html"How does mint make your mouth feel cool? (It’s all about menthol) Mint gum and mint candies make the mouth feel cool despite not being cold to the touch. Science journalist Grant Currin explains in his recent article published by LiveScience that a compound called menthol is responsible for mint’s characteristic cooling effect. This compound tricks the body into feeling cold by stimulating neurons under the skin that monitor things like touch, temperature and pain...." My notes: Interesting lol

I absolutely love things Mint flavored. Mint Chocolate, Mint Ice Cream, Mint Gum, etc. I enjoy it more for the flavor rather than just the cool feeling I get from it but that is always an additional bonus.

Mint is my ultimate favourite flavour. We have mint sauce here that we put with certain roast dinner meats, not sure if you guys have that in the USA..?
