We don’t do cell phones so I would say PC. I tend to unplug throughout the day & don’t want a cell phone bothering me. A regular phone with regular calls is one thing, but not linked up to the internet, to text, email, etc.

I would rather have a phone, it is there for emergencies and can keep in contact with people.

PC. I wouldn't be able to play most of my games from a phone - and I'd struggle to run a forum from one!

I'd rather have a phone, considering I hardly ever use my laptop. Can do most things on my phone too.
