Did you like them? They were a popping candy when I was a kid. “It differs from typical hard candy in that pressurized carbon dioxide gas bubbles are embedded inside of the candy, creating a small popping reaction when it dissolves in one's mouth.” Us kids didn’t know how it worked, just that it was an odd sensation lol

I remember these candies, but my father was very strict in allowing us to eat candies because he always said "your teeth would be eaten by ants". I was so much scared of ants because I had seen how tiny ants carried larger insects.
