healthypets.mercola.com/sites/healthypets/archive/2021/01/29/animals-magnetic-sixth-sense.aspx Story at-a-glance While it’s been known for about 50 years that animals can sense magnetic fields, the magnetic-sensing organ or apparatus remains largely a mystery Magnetic-sensing bacteria, or magnetotactic bacteria (MTB), could be the reason certain animals have a magnetic sixth sense MTB turned up regularly in a number of species, from penguins and bats to logger-head sea turtles and Atlantic right whales Logger-head sea turtles had similar MTBs as penguins while brown bats and Atlantic right whales were similar in their MTB profiles, which were dominated by the genera Magnetospirillum and Magnetococcus Reptiles and birds had an MTB makeup that was “drastically different” from that found in the brown bats and Atlantic right whales Antibiotics interfered with orientation in a migrating passerine, adding additional support for the MTB-magnetoreception connection My notes: Talks of "A Symbiotic Relationship With Magnetotactic Bacteria." Interesting! Problem tho, with our technology, we are interfering with their natural abilities. & I believe it interferes with humans too. My question I put out there many times: Why with all our modern technology & medical advancements are we (& the Earth & its creatures in general) sicker than ever? The technology today definitely wreaks havoc on living creatures, human and animals. People just don't realize all the electronic fields we pass through constantly every day, everywhere. Radio waves, cell phones, tv, satellite, WiFi, 5G etc. It causes a great number of problems for a great number of people. And animals are affected even worse. They cannot migrate like they used to. It interferes with their abilities to find their way around.

I do believe animals can sense things around them especially dogs. In fact, dogs have been sensing death, alerting people to oncoming death, and even sniffing out those already dead for centuries. Some dogs are specifically trained as Hospice Dogs to sit with and comfort those are dying.

My Toby has radar hearing. He sensed the beginning of a tiny leak in our ceiling/roof. He kept staring over at ceiling area, and we walked over and didn't see anything. (He barked at it) Finally a couple of days later it was somewhat noticeable. The repair was easy. He also senses noises we don't hear. Also, in hotel rooms he senses noises.
