Something we found out years ago but want to still share it. The “Made in the USA” label. This is an example. We got some treats, brand Milo’s Kitchen. Says in HUGE letters at top “Made in the USA”. I had researched them before but forgot what I had found. Some of the ingredients they buy are from China! A lot of dog snacks sourced from China have killed or hurt dogs here ‘cos of the tainted ingredients or excessive use of toxins. Many have been recalled. Including some from Milo’s Kitchen. I got mostly getting bad reviews for their chicken. Too many antibiotics, shouldn’t BE antibiotics in chicken. Only people who use them for ‘prevention’ are factory farms where the chickens (or other animals) are so crowded that they don’t have a natural immunity from the sun, air, etc. So be careful when you see that. It IS true tho; they aren’t lying. It IS M-A-D-E (produced, put together) in USA but the ingredients are not necessarily F-R-O-M USA. Just another way a company can find that loophole. I don't know how it is with other countries so others feel free to chime in.

Hmm, I've seen a few of those labels. I'm always happy to see 'MADE in USA', but, yeah, a lot of times, it's not the whole truth. Some labels, in small print of course, state 'some components globally sourced from another country', or wording of that nature. You get the gist. Too bad...they're not really lying, just 'fudgin' it a bit..

That's bullshit! If it's Made in the USA, it should be from the USA. They're using semantics to make you think one thing when it's really something else. A technicality. Bastards.

99% of the items today are either made in china or the made in vietnam. The fake labels too are made either in china or some machine imported from the china. It's pity that local business are so much dead that in near future even gun would be imported from china if war happens lol. Apple also misguides people by saying "designed in USA". I mean that's like saying print is from china but the drawing was made in USA lol.

I wish more items were produced and sourced in the U.S., over being sourced from other countries. Sure, Mexico and Canada I am willing to see as a source of the product, but not so much from other countries, if I am expecting a "Made in the U.S.A." label.
I have been getting more and more of my drinks that I have been drinking, produced and sourced locally. I don't mind the higher price, as that is my way of helping them to produce and to hopefully lower their price in the future, when they finally get high enough sales to cut the price in half.
