tasteforlife.com/tools/quizzes/which-tea-should-you-drink “For decades, study after study has proven the seemingly endless benefits of drinking tea. Most recently, a 2020 study from the European Society of Cardiology concluded that those who drink tea daily live longer than those who don’t. While the study of over 100,000 participants revealed that those who habitually drink green tea live the longest, it also concluded that general tea drinkers had lower risk of cardiovascular risks and many health-related causes of death. However, drinking tea is easier said than done. Why? Because there are so many different teas out there….” My notes: While I didn’t bother to do the quiz as some herbals contain caffeine & I cannot do caffeine, I mainly stick with red raspberry leaf or rooibos.

Hmm, interesting...I took the quiz and came up with: 50% Lemon Balm Tea
While I do like lemon and I do like tea, I don't like them 'together':-)
I like rooibos for my iced tea and black oolong and/or green for hot tea.

Love rooibos...though my favorite tea by far is Earl Grey. And I was drinking it long before Jean-Luc Picard.

I drink regular tea and sometimes an occasional green tea. I rarely drink coffee.

I took the quiz and my results stated 46% Green Tea.
I enjoy green tea and agree with the health benefits. Flavor-wise my favorites are earl grey and Irish Breakfast.

lainee , Bob , scooter , Emerald , sharon , Ok, I did the test. Only 8 questions so was easy. My results: 46% Green Tea. But I cannot do green tea as I cannot do caffeine lol Green has a smaller amount of caffeine than black or oolong teas brewed at the same strength...but it still does have some. It's best to pay attention to your body's limits.

I'm highly sensitive to caffeine so I have to avoid any with it. I become, what I call, a hyper grouch. Bouncing off the walls while biting your head off lol
