Even if I didn’t have my soulmate, I would opt to find my calling. My calling can be on-going & I’m in control of it. Whereas a soulmate, once they die, then what?

A calling is about making money and surviving. Surviving for what? If you find your soulmate you no longer need to answer that question.

Soulmate for me as well. A calling just means another job like LBJ mentioned and I don't care what my calling is as long as I'm making money in my current job. A soulmate is a lot better to have in your life.

@lbj, T.T., ash, Good answers here! It was hard for me to answer as I already have my soulmate & was thinking of if he goes before I do, I would want something to help hold me together. A calling doesn't necessarily mean about money. Someone can have a calling, say, fostering animals. Don't get paid for it but it makes them feel good.
