It's not that hard and yeah, it means making better choices. The money you'd spend on junk food and other things in life...that you don't really need, use that money for the organic food & other products.

If you have to choose because of budget, probably meat and dairy are the more important ones. Because of the antibiotics, hormones you don’t find in fruits and vegetables.
