My notes: While I don't subscribe to the term 'diet', I think more on a lifestyle change. Keto DOES help 'cos it cuts out carbs like candy, baked goods. If you think about it, what do people overeat more? Carb laden foods. This diet is good for short term but it's not feasible to continue without fruits & veggies. Anybody try it?
