Would have to depend on what kind of meal. If it’s meat, has to be burnt ‘cos undercooked is not healthy. But since I eat mostly vegetarian, I would opt for veggies to be undercooked. Burnt literally has an after-taste that I don’t care for.

I would rather have a burnt meal rather an undercooked meal. For a burnt meal, you have to put with up the taste and nothing much. However, for an undercooked meal, there is always a chance of getting food poison.
I remember by dad saying not to eat anything which is not cooked properly. That's the reason why I try to overcook stuff a little, just to be on the safe side. Usually undercooked food can lead to a tummy ache(usually) and it's the first sign that you need to watch out... for the next symptoms of getting sick.
