We don't have it so much at this house due to the way the windows are positioned from the sun reflecting off them & where the feeders are located. At our last house, we had collisions more often.

It happens every so often, and, you feel bad for the poor little thing, but so far, the stunned bird is okey on it's own

I do put stickers on the windows...sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.

Not sure about soap. But I guess it rinses off easily.
