How many of you use honey as a part of your food? Do you have source for pure, natural honey? Where do you get that from?
From what I have heard, if we use pure honey, it can have positive effects on our body. In our case, we use it only for medicinal purpose.

We get the raw organic honey from Y.S. Eco. They used to carry a 2# jar but with all that's going on, it's been out of stock for awhile now. Honey is great as medicine & for wounds.

Do you use them as an alternative for sugar? I have seen a lot of people do that.

My husband does. I prefer either Stevia or MonkFruit.

Hearing about them for the first time. We get sugarcanes here for festive seasons. Really fun.

I sometimes do. Having some mint tea now and was thinking about honey...went with bit of sugar instead. Depends on my mood.

Honey is good for you, but try to get organic if you can. And, so true...honey does help heal wounds :-)

We eat a spoonful of local honey to help keep our allergies at bay. I love using honey to sweeten my tea or coffee. I also use it in oatmeal mixed in with frozen berries.

Wedderspoon is the most popular brand. It's expensive but it is the one that's used the most for health.

Unfortunately, honey isn't my thing. I have tried using it a couple of times but it's not the kind of sweetener I like using. I haven't used honey in over 6 years.
