www.familyhandyman.com/article/how-to-clean-glass-stove-top "Even the smallest splatter sticks out on a glass stove top. Here, we'll walk you through how to clean a glass stove top quickly and easily...." My notes: We love using baking soda to clean ours. The only thing is you have to be sure you rinse it well 'cos it can leave streaks.

Yep, baking soda works great and you don't need a lot

We do those things. Baking soda works fine. Don’t need harsh chemicals.

Does it scratch it at all?

Does it scratch it at all? No, it's very gentle. Only thing that is bad is the white residue that it can leave behind so you have to be sure you wipe it thoroughly.

Jay, ZandraJoi is right...while baking soda is gentle, it's also very effective at cleaning. Can't go wrong with baking soda

I use commercial cleaning products to clean gas stoves. I have heard of baking soda for cleaning but never tried it myself.
