www.deliciousliving.com/health/going-against-the-grain"When chatting with friends and family, we often misuse the term “gluten intolerance” to describe our gluten-related issues. This can lead to a fair amount of confusion and unsuccessful DIY treatments if we haven’t figured out the underlying cause of the problem...." My notes: Wheat is a GMO & it's on coincidence that people are having more reactions to it. There are those who cannot eat GMO wheat but go abroad & eat non-GMO wheat just fine. Wheat makes my stomach hurt so I opt for gluten-free products. You DO get used to them lol

I still eat some wheat, but I'm learning to cut way back.
It's hard...wheat's in so many different products.

Here most of the people breakfast is wheat chapati and night dinner food is millet chapati. ZandraJoi, Did you tried Millets Chapati? It gives much strength in our body, but I am irregular for this as addicted to Rice.

I'd be interested in trying it as it's gluten free.
