Do you do the change first or big bills? I tend to do the dollar bills first then change. I know of some people who put the change in first.

No specific order.
But most payments are going digital these days.

It really depends on whether I'm in my car or sitting down in a restaurant, in the car I usually hand the cash and then change. When I'm at a restaurant, it's the other way around if I have cash on me.

I save my change so rarely use it.

I am paying with cash only since Digital payments are more dangerous here because a lot of spam messages and links comes. For small payments I use Mobile wallet and even for electricity, phone bills, etc.

Kind of depends on what I'm paying for and how much change is on me, if I got change to burn I tend to pay for it first, though only in bills, I got a coin collection at home that I cash in once its full enough.

Bug bills are easier to count. I use them first to make paying faster. The coins get too confusing.

It really depends on the price as the lowest note is a £5 in the UK. If it's a small amount, I'll use change, if's bigger, notes.
