www.motherearthnews.com/real-food/make-vegetable-powder-zm0z22amzols "Learn how to make fruit and vegetable powder today. Preserve your garden harvest by pulverizing and dehydrating fruits and vegetables into multiuse powders...." My notes: When I was young, we had a dehydrator. We did many fruits & meats for beef jerky. Was quite fun! I never thought to go a step further & grind up them to make powders. What a better way to make them last longer!

I once tried making beetroot powder. I don't have a dehydrator but I managed to make powder by drying grated beetroot in a microwave and then grinding dried beetroot. The result turned out quite well.
