Getting my Siesta is something that's very important. It helps to calm down my nerves and reduces a great deal of stress that's weighing me down.
When I was still a kid, my mother makes sure that I don't miss out having my Siesta everyday.

I take naps when I need to but I'm the type who takes awhile to get to sleep, even if I'm extremely tired. So a short siesta can turn into a few hours of trying to sleep & then finally getting some sleep.

I can sleep anywhere. I don't schedule them. I just shut my eyes and go to sleep lol

I find that I can't fall asleep during the day unless I'm ill. I think it frustrated my mom when I was little when I wouldn't go down for a nap

I usually nap for about 30 mins after work, helps me calm down and reset my thinking to enjoy my night.

I do nap quite a bit, although that's probably in part because I don't get enough sleep to begin with .

I'm an Oscar the Grouch for an hour or so when I first wake up and it's even worse after a nap, which is why I hate them.
