www.naturalawakenings.com/2022/09/30/412207/reducing-radiation-risks-ways-to-lessen-electromagnetic-exposure"We are tied to our devices, continually connected via phones, tablets and computers, but this convenience comes at a cost. Many people are surprised to learn that our devices are constantly emitting electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and radiofrequency radiation (RF). According to the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, there is strong evidence of a correlation between these exposures and neurological, cardiac and pulmonary disease, as well as reproductive disorders, immune dysfunction, cancer and other health conditions...." My notes: I posted before about how I am sensitive to smart meters in Technology Info. My thought on this is Why with all our technology are we sicker than ever?

I would never have a smart meter unless I had no choice.

Seems like it's EVERYWHERE! All you can do is protect yourself the best way you can.

I would never have a smart meter unless I had no choice. We have no choice in this area. I mean we "can" still get an analog but they make you pay an astronomical fee for it. Then, there's been many people reporting the electric company coming in to "do us a service" & replacing the analogs with a smart meter. Even when people have "opted out".

Limit how many devices you have. Turn them off when you are not using them.

What is your take on OCD? Is there hope for extreme thoughts? Repetitive actions? Is there a food connection? Deficient Nutrient? TY. Thank you for your questions! OCD can be caused by mental or even physical stress. There certainly can be a food connection. Think of how sugar or caffeine affects the mood. You get jittery, anxious, even brain fog. You may find one time you do an action & it helps "calm the mind". You then associate the repetition with helping yourself feel better. They also have found that hormonal imbalances can cause mental ailments which includes OCD. Some OCD is okay. I find myself counting backwards to calm myself down at times. However, when one becomes anxious NOT performing the action, that is when it becomes a dis order. There is always hope. Talk therapy whether with a therapist or a support forum online can do wonders. Keeping a journal detailing your mood & what may have triggered it. Was it something you ate? Contact with a certain person? Even a trigger word. You are free to post more in the Mental Health section here as others may have OCD & can maybe give you some support. I'm happy to talk with you or anybody else in private as well
