No, haven't tried this yet, but it does sound intriguing I'd be especially interested in lettuce, broccoli, spinach, carrot, radish & arugula....maybe sunflower, too:-)

Funny enough there was a local article about someone in my town growing them, I guess they are just roots of vegetable plants if I understand it right? Everything that would fill out into the plant is still in the root making them really healthy to eat. I need to try them.
