I really don't care for it. I put it on to get rid of the humidity but I prefer windows open.

If I am cold or hot it goes on and I have no problems with it.

Yes, I do. If I get to cold I wear a sweater or cover up with my blankets.

No. I lived in an apartment for 9 years and I never turned on the heat and I never used the AC. I had a fireplace and I used a fan all year to clean the air.
AC causes damage to the body in so many different ways.

Only sometimes and I leave it on for the cats on days where it's super hot (close to 100 F).

I have the A/C turned on all summer, which keeps the house nice and comfortable. I set it and forget it.

I much prefer an AC unit compared to a breeze or what have you because it cools you down quicker and in the summer it's a really effective (albeit costly) way to cool you and the building you're in down. I would like to have an AC on throughout summer but it's costly and uses a lot of electricity to maintain the cool air.

Yep I have it on if it gets super hot and humid out. Our summers can be brutal here in the Midwest, especially come July and August.

Haven't had a need for AC in 4 years really.

Haven't had a need for AC in 4 years really. Wow! That's a whole long not to be with the AC. The weather over now could be a bit hot sometimes and having the AC on is one way to put everything to have a calm and cool sleep.

Yes, I love sleeping with the AC on because it helps with my allergies. Having the windows opened means that I get a stuffed up nose and can't sleep. Then there are the noises of nature...foxes screaming, animals trying to kill for food...it's not fun to listen to so having windows closed is peaceful.

My air conditioning system is always on. I can't stay in a room that's not cool. Unless the weather is very cold, then I won't have it on.

The A/C is like a God in Texas where the temperatures usually get up to 100+ degrees during the summer.

The A/C is like a God in Texas where the temperatures usually get up to 100+ degrees during the summer. That's pretty much what our friends in Dripping Springs say. And I always ask them, 'you live there why?' ... And yes, I like it on. Can't stand a warm room.

If it is really hot and humid then I will use the AC unit that I have but with the electricity prices being so high now, don't know how much I am gonna be using it this summer. We only have a portable one as the houses in the UK don't have them fitted like some places do.

I love it as it keeps the humidity away and can keep the house liveable while the air outside is ungodly hot. Though I do try to keep the temp on it high so it doesn't get too cold.

The A/C is like a God in Texas where the temperatures usually get up to 100+ degrees during the summer. I can deal with more cold than I do deal with heat. Hot weather is very annoying to cope with because you're going to uncomfortable for the rest of the day.

Love a.c. Enjoy the cool morning air.Blow it in through the window, when it gets hot, I turn the a.c. on in my apartment. I know it's probably not energy efficient.

There's no way it can be compared with how AC or fan feels. It's why I have a sit out under a tree in my place. It's where I enjoy fresh air all the time.
