In my part of the world it's spring and that means baby animals! I went looking around the yard yesterday before my husband mowed the lawn to check for bunnies. Rabbits like to burrow in the center of lawns for some reason. ugh.
We used to have baby foxes in the back field at one time and I was hoping they'd be back there again this year, but no. I saw one of the foxes trying to check out the hole where the groundhog lives, but it seems as if he couldn't bully him out of there. Foxes like to have their babies near humans so that coyotes don't bother them.
Have you seen babies in your yard?

They can still smell our dog. I do see adult rabbits in the evening scurrying around. In a couple of months, we will have baby toads all over. I do my best when I weedwhack to stomp on the ground & push the grass to scare them away. My husband goes slow when he mows.
