www.familyhandyman.com/article/can-you-recycle-cds-and-other-disks"Despite the fact that CDs and DVDs are made of plastic, your local curbside recycling program is unlikely to accept them. So what should you do? With popular streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, iTunes and Amazon Music and Prime Video, those old CDs and DVDs may be gathering dust on the shelf...." My notes: We have a company that recycles & refurbishes electronics. They take CDs, DVDs, as well as VHS. They do charge a small fee but it's worth it. It in turn helps them stay in business & these products out of the landfill.

I have yet a need to toss any out, I hope to never toss any out as everything I have I like to keep to the end of my days. Otherwise I would just sell them off.

I buy mine cheap and then sell them cheap. For damaged, we have a facility that takes them.
