Would you rather walk or run continuously for the rest of your life? I definitely will pick walk. I don’t like to run nor even jog. Can’t be good for the body to run all the time. Walking either, but at least walking you can slow down the pace.

Walk. Running is bad for you, just ask Jim Fixx who wrote a bestseller on the benefits of running then dropped dead of a heart attack while running at the age of 52.

T.T., Steve, spice, Seems all of us said Walk. It seems some athletes do overwork themselves & ignore aches & pains.

Run or walk needs a green space like for example in the nature and not for example near to the noise of cars and people smoking and this pollution that could affect badly your health so there are specific places to do such exercises. Even the sea becomes very polluted as everyone is eating there and putting the rest of food on the beach.

Even the sea becomes very polluted as everyone is eating there and putting the rest of food on the beach. It's too bad people are not respecting the environment. It seems some athletes do overwork themselves & ignore aches & pains. No pain no gain! What a load of crap ... I agree! I think some people are realizing just that. You can't push yourself. But of course, athletes still do it. I think they always will. It's their career on the line.
