www.birdsandblooms.com/birding/get-to-know-grosbeaks "Five birds share the name grosbeak and sport thick bills—but the similarities stop there. Look for these colorful fliers throughout the U.S...." My notes: I’ve only seen the Rose-breasted here. I call them the clan because when you see one, you see a bunch of them at the feeders! What do you have near you?

www.birdsandblooms.com/birding/bird-species/finches-and-buntings/evening-grosbeak"It would be nearly impossible, even for beginner birders, to overlook a flock of evening grosbeaks. These robin-sized beauties—named for the mistaken belief that they appeared more often at dusk—aren’t always easy to find, though. Learn how to identify and attract an evening grosbeak...." My notes: These are very pretty birds. Their feathers are yellow, black, & white. They are mostly in the northern territories. Would love to see a flock of them someday! Have you seen them?
