I use a Desktop so I don’t know how it differs with a cell phone. If a cell can even have Microsoft Word or equivalent. I do save emails & conversations I have with people in Word. I keep them organized as well. Makes it easier to remember what was said & when. So, do you save conversations? If so, how do you save them? Do you use Word too or another app?

You can just download the email and then reopen it later if you want to view the conversation again. No need to copy it onto a word doc plus you don't have to delete the email either.

With Word though, I can do Ctrl F & search for a specific phrase or word instead of opening a gazillion emails. What he said. Is that how you do it too? Download the email?

Only the important ones (for example, those containing tickets).
The rest often just sit there unread... I never bother deleting or even opening them!

I don't see how. All my emails are cloud-based so there isn't any change whether my email is kept or not. At least, I don't believe it would.

Depends on the email. Anything important I want to save I make a folder in my email and save it to that.

No. I delete emails all the time. Hate the clutter.
