Anybody do IMs? MSN was the popular one back in the day. It’s where 2 or more people have a real-time conversation. What type do you like to use? Do you use it often? When I was on Staff on one forum, we had Slack. I honestly prefer not having real time. I need time to think lol

Google Talk is better than MSN. Because everyone is on Gmail nowadays.

Other than Skype, is any of those IMs still around? I know YIM has bit the dust and I used that a lot back in the day. It's just easier to use discord these days.

There are a lot of other choices than Skype. I use Skype to talk to my friend in the Netherlands because that's what he uses. I use the WhatsApp app to talk to my friend in Ireland.

I tried WhatsApp once, was a very strange app that ended up getting a lot of spam messages on it. It's gotten a lot better. I've been using it for months now and haven't gotten a single spam message (*touches wood*).
