They are very easy, grow them, let the plant sprout up, let the flower bloom and then watch the plant die. Once it's gone, time to dig!

We grow them a lot. I was actually planning on doing both a spring and fall grow this year, but completely forgot to plant some in the summer for fall.

How do you do a spring harvest? Do you plant them during the late winter?

Well, you can plant them in the spring for a summer harvest and then in the mid summer for a fall harvest. I didn't word that very great. We are borderline being able to plant them in the late winter, but most of the time we always get a late frost to defeat those attempts.
