Have any of you used Spotify? Not to be confused with Shopify. More info: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spotify “Spotify is a Swedish audio streaming and media services provider founded on 23 April 2006 by Daniel Ek and Martin Lorentzon. It is one of the largest music streaming service providers, with over 551 million monthly active users, including 220 million paying subscribers, as of June 2023. Spotify is listed (through a Luxembourg City-domiciled holding company, Spotify Technology S.A.) on the New York Stock Exchange in the form of American depositary receipts.” What do you think about it? Do you use it often? How does it compare to other streaming services? What are the pros & cons to it?

I've never used it. I don't think it's worth the cost.

Never used it, I download all my music as MP3s, that way I don't have to worry about internet or ads. Just need power and I have my tunes

I used it for about a month or two a long time ago. I'm with demonskeith, I'd rather just download my music so that I don't have to rely upon the internet to listen to my tunes. I also don't have to worry about licensing withdraws and all that junk (that's been going on recently, I'm looking at you Sony!) In fact, there's a site that I use where I can find pretty much any MP3 I'm interested in, including a lot of obscure stuff like music from DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), and other J-POP music that's nearly impossible to find on most mainstream platforms.

I've used it and you don't need to pay for it. I deleted it though.

Lol, you are most likely using the same website as me or a similar one. As most of my stuff is either youtube only or fan ripped.

It's the same site, if it has a PM in it's domain name.

I don't use it because the media player doesn't work right for me on my tablet. It plays the songs but it always plays the wrong songs. When I click on a song title that I want to listen to it plays some other random song in the player. What a garbge website! 🙄
