Also titled ScrLk. Has anybody used this key? I just noticed it when Steve, demonskeith, & I were talking about Screenshots. From Wiki"Scroll Lock is a lock key (typically with an associated status light) on most IBM-compatible computer keyboards. Depending on the operating system, it may be used for different purposes, and applications may assign functions to the key or change their behavior depending on its toggling state. The key is not frequently used, and therefore some reduced or specialized keyboards lack Scroll Lock altogether. Pressing Ctrl+Scroll Lock performs the same function as pressing Ctrl+Pause/Break. This behavior is a remnant of the original IBM PC keyboards, which did not have a dedicated Pause/Break key. Instead, they assigned the Pause function to Ctrl+Num Lock and the Break function to Ctrl+Scroll Lock." I'm not sure I get what it does & doesn't do. Pages scroll the same either way.

I've never used it myself. I'll have to look into this further.

I've never used it other than pressing it to see what happens, which... is always nothing. Not sure why it's still even put on keyboards to be honest.

I think I have mine remapped as the Caps Lock key. Got tired of hitting the caps locks by accident.

Steve, demonskeith, I'm glad I'm not the only one who is clueless here. Steve, how did you remap it?

Steve, demonskeith, I'm glad I'm not the only one who is clueless here. Steve, how did you remap it? Depends on the operating system you have. I use SharpKeys which is pretty easy to use. I just have the caps lock turned off.
