Would you rather have pineapple or no pineapple on your pizza? This is the age old question! I love it with pineapple but we no longer cook it on the pizza as we find it makes our homemade pizza’s crust soggier. So we just put it in the bowl & eat as a side.

I usually don't have it, but there are rare cases where I think it works.
For example: a few years ago, I had a Thai chicken pizza with satay sauce, ginger, cashews, and pineapple. It was lovely... but the sweetness of the pineapple was needed to tone down the saltiness and spiciness of the other ingredients. Without that, everything else would have been overpowering!

Not until did I start dating did I realize this was a big thing. I've never tried pineapple on pizza, and I would give it a try at least. So long as there is meat on the pizza.

No pineapple for me!! I don't like that sweet taste for a pizza. There was a pizza place back home that my sister and cousin loved because it had a sweet tasting sauce and I didn't care for that at all either.

I know bromelain in pineapple helps with indigestion.

Just make sure you drink & swish after. That's what I do Here's what one tip read: "Soak the peeled pineapple in salt water to reduce some of the future irritation" To me, that'd make it salty.

"salt helps inactivate the bromelain enzymes" So that tells me one wouldn't get the bromelain benefits. There are tablets people can purchase as well.
