What do you do if there is a snowstorm? This is for when we are stuck indoors & they advise people to stay off the roads. Since I’m home anyways, I just do the same things. A bit more cleaning, reading, browsing the ‘net, posting on forums. We do try to get out there & shovel & snowblow a bit especially if it’s predicted to be several inches.

We have 2 snowblowers and a home generator, so we're pretty safe. I love to shovel, but not for the big storms because it's just too much and we have a really long driveway. I like watching fresh snow falling but later looking at the messy roads it doesn't look so great.

Stay hunkered down until it stops, then either shovel or my depending on how much we get the neighbour across the road comes by with his snow blower. And as we live on a corner lot and have a lot of sidewalk to clear I am always grateful when he does.

Stay indoors and Mark will plough it with his tractor.

Catch up on some TV shows. Snowblow and shovel so it doesn't get too high.

Hope that power stays up, that I can work from home if it's a work day and make sure the snow blower is ready to go. I tend to get supplies weekly, so I'm not these people who rush out and bum rush stores buying everything when there is a storm coming.

If it's bad enough, just hunker down til it clears. And, afterwards, my hubby likes to play with his tractor, too...heehee
