Now there are 2 different kinds out there. I am familiar with this one as a kid that I did try to make as well when I was young.
For those not familiar: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flip_book “A flip book, flipbook, flicker book, or kineograph is a booklet with a series of images that very gradually change from one page to the next, so that when the pages are viewed in quick succession, the images appear to animate by simulating motion or some other change. Often, flip books are illustrated books for children, but may also be geared toward adults and employ a series of photographs rather than drawings. Flip books are not always separate books, but may appear as an added feature in ordinary books or magazines, frequently using the page corners. Software packages and websites are also available that convert digital video files into custom-made flip books.”
When I searched for FlipBooks they have a different version. It’s not where the images are animated but rather you flip through pages of a document. I’ve done that before when viewing a magazine online. Instead of scrolling up & down, you flip like you would a magazine.
Issuu.com is the one I’ve seen & used.
Anybody remember the animated one? Have you gone to a site i.e. a magazine & “flipped” through it? Have you created one yourself?
I did an animated flipbook when I was a kid. Wasn’t good of course lol but I was trying to mimic what books I was reading.
Now for the magazine type, there is a site you can make your own.

What do you think of these 2?
