Are there certain foods you make each Christmas as a tradition?
My husband loves it when we make homemade ravioli, so that's a must when we're not traveling to see family that year.
I also make his favorite types of cookies each year and lots of Chex Mix. I'm making a batch now in fact!

For a few years now, we've been having the roast at Thanksgiving with my parents & then for Christmas we have the Taco Mountain Dip. Sour cream, cream cheese, avocadoes, salsa, seasoned meat, refried beans, lettuce, tortilla chips. It's a tradition my mom started when I was a teen for Christmas Eve & we had done that with my husband for many years, however, it's so heavy that we didn't want the traditional roast & potatoes & gravy. So now we just have it for Christmas.

Whatever we are in the mood for. Usually a roast for dinner.

I like Taco Mountain Dip, too! Over the years, we have tweaked it a bit so it's a little more healthier version...still yummy, though Otherwise, Pork Roast sounds great, too!
