Do you adjust your screen brightness? Or any of the features your monitor or phone screen may have. I just keep my brightness the same morning & night. It's not overly bright but I still need a light on overhead. I don't care for dark themes as I feel I had to adjust the brightness on my monitor manually.

I have to use darker themes as the light ones hurt my eyes. Other than that, I don't touch the brightness level.

Only when getting a new device for my PCs or I need to show or have something scanned on my phone. I'm sensitive to light, so I don't like to have my stuff too bright and I can see stuff easily on dark screens.

I tend to use darker themes. On my mobile it saves my battery, and I have blue eyes, and my eyes are light sensitive. So much so that back when I was in [online] college in 2022, I was stressing out so much about getting a paper done that I gave myself temporary blindness. All I could see was the white screen and all the text was a blur. I tried darker themes and that helped. I dropped out shortly after that incident. College life isn't for my old butt anymore. LOL
But my phone has a sensor in it and automatically adjusts the brightness depending on the surrounding light sources.

I didn't know either. I was so scared when it happened to me. After about two hours of laying down on my bed and forcing myself to calm down (not an easy task when a paper is due and not much time for really anything), my sight came back. I decided to resign my college experience after that.
