My church is taking meals to some of our shut ins and one couple has a special diet where they can't have high potassium or sodium.
Do you make meals for people with special diets? Do you have go to recipes?

Do you have go to recipes? That is so sweet! I wish more people would do that. My mother in law used to do Meals on Wheels but I don't recall any topic about special diets.
While I don't make any meals, I don't even make my OWN meal lol, I do have food intolerances & have learned of how to cook for different diets.

Having special diets suck, I've seen family members who can't have gluten, sodium, starch and other things. It makes living hard.

Having special diets suck, I've seen family members who can't have gluten, sodium, starch and other things. It makes living hard. I tend to be sensitive to a lot of foods so I can relate to how hard it is.
